Balsa Core is derived from a natural resource that can be found in South America. The tree is milled, kiln dried, qualified and transformed into the final core.

IMPROVING MATERIALS, EXTENDING APPLICATIONS.
BONDi® Composites Sandwich Panel is a hybrid material that mixes the exceptional properties of the Balsa Core with extended characteristics of other materials creating a panel which is formed by different layers. The material still maintains a low weight and its high thermal and insulation features; plus a higher resistance and durability.
Focused on meeting the demand of unattended markets, BONDI® Composite Panels is a feasible solution for the construction industry due to the advantages that the material can offer in terms of insulation in which its performance is close to the conventional construction materials but lower in terms of costs.
BONDi® Composites Panel Technology consist in adding layers of different materials into the Balsa Core; these materials can be Aluminum, Fiberglass or Hard wood. The result of this new material is a Composite that gathers the characteristics of the Balsa wood with the added properties of strong materials for a better performance at an exceptional light weight.
This product comes in a standard three layers material. The faces can be made from plywood, hard wood, aluminum and fiberglass. This gives the Balsa Core an infinite extension of applications such as automotive, ships and boats interiors, floors, walls, ceilings, furniture, fascia walls and decoration equipment for shops and exhibitions. TYCOR®; most known as the Fiberglass Core, is the only composite that mixes the properties of different Cores to create an outstanding material that is superior than anything seen in the market so far.
Designed as an engineered material, TYCOR® is a Core that optimizes weight, stiffness and strength in in-fused wind blades, providing an ever-increasing blade length to be made lighter, cheaper and more reliably than old generation core materials.
The two main basis of this outstanding material is the optimization of weight and cost reduction; sup-porting end users to improve their goods by increasing their processes filling uniformly the application reducing gaps and facing porosity in the infusion.

DESIGNED FOR DESIGNERS
This material gives designers a cost advantage compared to any structural foam. The fiber-reinforced preform core is de-signed for vacuum infusion. It is comprised of Fiberglass webs which develops nearly all the core’s mechanical proper-ties upon infusing and helps to prevent resin race tracking; even in contoured shapes. Honeycomb is a Lightweight Core Material which is available in a variety of cell sizes and densities, providing a wide range of mechanical and thermal properties to the application. The products that BONDI® Honeycomb provides is a unique structure made from a wide variety of web materials including thermoplastic, aluminum and aramid mechanical papers.
Honeycomb is an outstanding core material for sandwich structures and an efficient energy absorber. It is also used for airflow control, sound attenuation and dielectric applications.
Honeycomb is an engineered material that is using a number of different production processes including the expansion method and the corrugated process. These manufacturing methods enable this material to offer a range of cell configurations to meet different requirements for formability, flexibility, energy absorption and strength.

FiberGlass Windows Screen
Fiberglass insect screen is constructed of vinyl-coated fiberglass yarns. The screen is strong, long lasting and is not easily damaged. Its main usage is for windows, doors, patio doors, patio enclosures and other outside structures to allow airflow and resist insects.
The main features of fiberglass screen are: corrosion resistant, good ventilation, high color stability, stable dimension, long lasting, and easily cleaned.

FiberGlass, also called Glass-Reinforced Plastic (GRP) is a fiber reinforced polymer made of a plastic matrix reinforced by fine fibers of glass.
FiberGlass is a lightweight, extremely strong, and robust material, and is used for many products and applications. Although strength properties are somewhat lower than carbon fiber and it is less stiff, the material is typically far less brittle, and the raw materials are much less expensive. Its bulk strength and weight properties are also very favorable when compared to metals, and it can be easily formed using molding processes.
An individual structural glass fiber is both stiff and strong in tension and compression—that is, along its axis. Therefore if a collection of fibers can be arranged permanently in a preferred direction within a material, and if the fibers can be prevented from buckling in compression, then that material will become preferentially strong in that direction.
Furthermore, by laying multiple layers of fiber on top of one another, with each layer oriented in various preferred directions, the stiffness and strength properties of the overall material can be controlled in an efficient manner. In the case of fiberglass, it is the plastic matrix which permanently constrains the structural glass fibers to directions chosen by the designer. With chopped strand mat, this directionality is essentially an entire two dimensional plane; with woven fabrics or unidirectional layers, directionality of stiffness and strength can be more precisely controlled within the plane.
A FiberGlass component is typically of a thin "shell" construction, sometimes filled on the inside with structural foam, as in the case of surfboards. The component may be of nearly arbitrary shape, limited only by the complexity and tolerances of the mold used for manufacturing the shell.
Common uses of fiberglass include high performance aircraft (gliders), boats, automobiles, baths, hot tubs, septic tanks, water tanks, roofing, pipes, cladding, casts, surfboards and external door skins.

The Balsa Block is an added value product made with balsa that is composed by lumbers that joints each other, creates a cubic form that ranges between 12 to 48 inches length with a typical average density of 150 kg/m³.

Balsa Wood Strips
Balsa Wood Strips are materials in its semi raw stage. This material has an initial production steps that consist in the allocation of the green wood in the drying chambers, where the excess of water is removed until the material achieve a moisture content below 12%. Then the wood is machined into different sizes and thicknesses to give a strip form. The Balsa strip (lumber) is very soft and light, when kiln dried It´s density ranges from 40–340 kg/m³, with a typical density of about 150 kg/m³.
Balsa Wood Panels
Balsa wood panels, or commonly known as Balsa Core is a material with a standard size of 610mm x 1220mm with the end-grain running in the direction of the thickness, perpendicular to the length and width. a) Rigid Panels.
Sized into our standards of 610mm x 1220mm, the Rigid Panels are the core material in the primary production stage. This material is mostly used in flat applications such as the construction, sports, boating and automotive industries, among others. *Put Pictures of Panels
b) Flexible Panels.
